Healthy Fruit Salad with Red Dragon Fruit Dressing
This healthy selection will provide a good replacement for heavy lunch and can be served as snack to tame your sweet tooth attack in the afternoon.
1/2 red apple
1/2 green apple
5 canned pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons Madam Sun Red Dragon Fruit Concentrate
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
Wash, core, and dice the apples. Wash the grapes. Put the prepared diced apple cubes, grapes and pineapple chunks in a small bowl and set aside.
Combine the Madam Sun Red Dragon Fruit Concentrate with evaporated milk, stir lightly and pour over the prepared fruit and serve.
